All content on the Platform including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, frameworks, methodologies, assessments, designs, trademarks, logos, and proprietary concepts such as ClarityOS™, SerenIQ™, Cognitive Edge™, Predictability Trap™, SRQM™, TIM Engine™, and related materials is owned by SerenIQ LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

7. Payments, Fees, Taxes & Refund Policy (Kajabi-Compatible)

When you purchase any course, program, subscription, digital product, or service through the Platform, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. All payments are processed through third-party payment processors integrated with Kajabi (such as Stripe or PayPal). SerenIQ does not store your payment card information. All sales are final.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SerenIQ maintains a strict no-refund policy. This means:

• All purchases are non-refundable.

• No refunds will be issued for digital products, courses, memberships, subscriptions, coaching sessions, assessments, or downloadable materials.

• No refunds will be provided for partially used subscriptions or unused course access.

• No exceptions will be made for change of mind, lack of usage, dissatisfaction, or misunderstanding of product scope.

You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions carefully before purchasing. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

If your purchase includes a subscription, you are responsible for managing your billing settings. Failure to cancel a subscription prior to the next billing cycle does not entitle you to a refund.

Applicable taxes may be added depending on your jurisdiction.
