Terms of Service

By accessing the SerenIQ Portal, you agree to use the service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Access and accounts

Access is provided to authenticated users. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt platform operations, or use the portal to transmit harmful or illegal content.

Report access and payment

Each SerenIQ assessment generates a unique, time-specific exposure report based on your task allocation at the time of submission. Reports reflect your role as it exists at the moment of assessment.

One-time report unlock ($79): Each completed assessment requires a separate one-time payment to unlock the full report. This includes your complete task-by-task exposure breakdown, strategic direction, 30-day action plan, and the Career Resilience Kit PDF downloads. Your unlocked report remains accessible indefinitely.

Why each assessment requires payment: Your AI exposure score changes as your role evolves, as AI tools advance, and as you shift your task mix. A new assessment is a new measurement, not a repeat of a previous one. Each report reflects real work you have done to understand your current position.

Subscription access (coming soon): SerenIQ subscribers will receive unlimited assessment unlocks as part of their plan, along with quarterly rescoring, score history tracking, and priority access to new role templates.

Refund policy: Reports are delivered digitally and immediately upon payment. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your report, contact support@sereniq.co within 7 days of purchase.

Data and privacy

Your assessment responses and results are private to your account. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregate, anonymized data may be used to improve scoring accuracy and product development. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Availability

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Service interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. SerenIQ is not liable for any loss resulting from service unavailability.

Intellectual property

The PRJCT scoring model, SerenIQ platform, Career Resilience Kit, and all associated content are the intellectual property of SerenIQ. Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or distribution is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

SerenIQ provides career intelligence tools for informational purposes. Results are not professional career, legal, or financial advice. SerenIQ is not liable for employment decisions made based on assessment results.

Changes

Terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the service after updates means acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via email where possible.
